By accessing or using Flytimizer (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Flytimizer estimates a flight altitude and route for a drone based on forecast wind data and third-party map data (buildings and points of interest such as schools, kindergartens, hospitals and playgrounds). It is provided as a planning convenience only.
The Service is not:
You are solely responsible for verifying, independently of this Service, that any flight you plan or conduct is safe and lawful.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data (wind, building, or hazard information) is complete or correct.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators of Flytimizer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, loss of data, or loss of a drone or its payload — arising out of or in any way connected with your use of, or inability to use, the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You use the Service, and any altitude or route it suggests, entirely at your own risk.
You may not access or use the Service by any automated means — including bots, scrapers, crawlers, scripts, or any other software that is not a human operating a standard web browser — without our prior written permission. This includes, without limitation:
We reserve the right to block, rate-limit, or terminate access for any use we reasonably believe is automated or abusive.
The Service displays and relies on data and services provided by third parties, including wind forecasts from Open-Meteo, map, building and points-of-interest data from OpenStreetMap contributors (via the Overpass API), and place search via Nominatim. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the accuracy, availability, or licensing terms of that third-party data. Your use of the Service is also subject to the applicable terms and usage policies of those providers.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Use from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Israel.
Questions about these terms can be sent via our feedback form.
